After examining the condition of your item, we will inform you whether repair is possible and provide an estimate.
Please note that due to the nature of the materials and the availability of parts, the finished product may not be identical.

① Contact Us
If you wish to request a repair, please fill out the following information on the inquiry form and contact us.
After reviewing the details, our representative will guide you on how to send the item.

② Sending the Item for Repair
Please send your item for repair to us.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost to us, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
※Please refrain from using shipping methods such as regular mail that do not provide a tracking number.
In the event of loss or damage, compensation may not apply.
③ Estimate Notification
After confirming the condition of your item, we will notify you by email regarding the feasibility of repair, the repair period, and the estimate.
Once you agree to the details, we will begin the repair.
④ Return Shipping
After the repair is completed, we will carefully package and ship the item.
The repair fee will be collected by cash on delivery when the item is returned to you.

・Extensive deformation, damage, or missing parts may make repair difficult.
