Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service) and will be dispatched within 3 business days after purchase.

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
Asia: Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic
Shipping to the United States and Canada is currently unavailable.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees depending on the destination country.
In many regions (such as the EU and UK), these charges can be approximately 10–25% of the item value.
These charges are not included in the item price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, in accordance with local customs regulations.
If these charges are not paid, the shipment may be returned or abandoned.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Returns & Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
