Therefore, even with the same design, there may be slight individual differences in each item.
Natural stones, fossils, minerals, and other materials vary in color and pattern from one item to another.
Cracks and inclusions are treated as beautiful characteristics of the material, not defects, and we ask for your understanding.

All products will be delivered in Spinos original packaging.

・The boxes and pouches used may be subject to change in specifications.
【 About Delivery Notes and Receipts 】
To be environmentally friendly, we do not include paper statements (delivery notes/shipping slips) with product shipments.
This allows you to use our service with peace of mind even if the billing address and shipping address are different, such as for gifts.
Details of your order can be found via the "Receipt/Statement PDF" link in the shipping confirmation email.
If you require a receipt, please download and print the PDF receipt yourself.
